Trioworld shrink hoods and tubes are favoured for pallet packaging of heavy and major items or pressure sensitive goods. The shrink film provides an exceptionally safe hold during transportation and protection against weather and sunlight when stored outdoors.
The high holding force of our shrink hoods and tubes offers major advantages for your packaging process and logistics needs. It can be designed to provide ideal protection of your goods at high temperatures and UV levels, extending the applications to hot conditions such as tropical areas near the equator.
Provides your multi-packed goods and pallets with high stability during transportation and storage. This solution is particularly ideal for bundling and multi-pack solutions, such as 4-6-packs, big packs with 24-40 items and nested packs. Shrink hoods are weatherproof, providing protection from factors such as wind, rain and dust.
They are available in thicknesses of between 30-60µm as Loop30, Loop50 and Loop70 with 30%, 50% and 70% recycled content respectively.
Guarantees stability for unstable or heavy goods requiring high holding force. The secure shrink film solutions provide a maximum hold and necessary stability during transportation and storage for full pallet load up to 1000kg. The extra holding force also provides high temperature and UV resistance, making this solution suitable to climates with high ambient temperatures.
They are available in thicknesses of between 50-200µm as Loop30, Loop50 and Loop70 with 30%, 50% and 70% recycled content respectively.

Our Ultra thin shrink hoods are suitable for products that include beverages, tissue paper, health- and beauty products and multi-pack food applications, such as coffee. It is available in thicknesses of between 25-50µm. This solution is available as Loop30 with 30% recycled content.

Shrink hoods and tubular shrink films provided as sustainable versions hold a minimum of 30%, 50% or 70% recycled plastics. By using recycled material, we decrease waste, reduce your carbon footprint, and help close the material loop. All our shrink films are 100% recyclable.

By choosing a Trioworld shrink hood or tube film, you sign up for a solution customised to your exact needs. During the implementation phase, we ensure the product works perfectly regardless of changes in machine settings, humidity or temperature.
When used as primary packaging, our print options provide communication about your product and supports your brand value. For shrink films, we offer line print and flexographic print with up to 8 colours in total. Customers prefer our full-service cliché management. This service ensures that Trioworld will maintain and replace any cliché during the lifetime of your product, at no additional cost. We also accept your existing clichés, or clichés from other providers, if compatible with our print lines.
