By printing the film in up to 10 colours, you increase shelf impact for your products and brand. It is especially good for multi-pack solutions and bundling – from small packs with 4-6 items to big packs with 24-40 items and nested packs. Shrink film is used for both automatic and manual packaging of palletised goods and multi-packed products with or without trays. It is commonly used to package packs of beverages, canned goods, white goods, hygiene products or building materials such as bricks or cement.
Shrink film provides protection from external factors such as wind, rain and dust. It gains its lengthwise and crosswise holding force through a process of thermal exposure, followed by natural cooling. This ensures high stability of the palletised products during transportation, storage and when placed in shops. Shrink film does not place any kind of pressure on your goods, meaning they are protected in a gentle way. Good puncture and tear resistance properties also ensure excellent pallet handling qualities.
