About us

Bright colours help in fighting cancer

Family facing a field with a oink, a yellow and a blue silage bale which helps raise awareness of cancer research.

Over the years, our coloured silage bale initiative has spread around the world, raising awareness and contributing much-needed funds for cancer research. The initiative has attracted considerable attention in the media, which has further helped create awareness about the significance of the coloured bales. This means that there is high understanding around the world about what the coloured bales symbolise and the need to constantly work to fight cancer.

The coloured silage bale idea initially came from a farmer in New Zealand. It has since grown to become a global initiative that generates record funds each year for cancer research. By using our brightly coloured silage bales in fields around the world farmers also help us to raise vital awareness of cancer research. What makes our colorful silage wrap so unique is that for each reel a donation is made to a local charity organization that supports cancer awareness or research.

Our coloured silage bales are raising awareness for cancer research in Algeria, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Chile, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Pink funds breast cancer awareness

Starting 2014 in New Zealand and then spreading over the world, our pink bales were the first coloured silage bales that we launched to support cancer research.

Blue for prostate cancer awareness

After the pink silage bale wrap proved to be a successful way to support cancer research awareness and funding, we decided to launch a blue silage bale wrap in 2015. The blue silage bales raise awareness and contribute funding to prostate cancer research.

Yellow for children's cancer research

In 2018 we completed the family: with a yellow bale wrap film we want to support childhood cancer organizations and also raise awareness.
