Our frozen food packaging films are the ideal choice for various printed and unprinted packaging solutions.
To keep protective barriers intact and fully comply with all relevant EU food regulations, choose our frozen food packaging films. We have a wide range of solutions for frozen products such as vegetables, fruits, meat, French fries, fish and seafood, ice cream and poultry. Our frozen food packaging films range from five-layer coextruded barrier films to tailor-made matched laminates.
Many films have been developed in low thicknesses for the packing of your product in vertical flowpack. Furthermore, we supply printed expanded OPP films for ice cream packaging.
For frozen poultry, we produce bags with very high mechanical strength for automatic packaging of whole poultry (MOBA and ATLAS machines, etc.).
We supply extrusion, flexo printing, lamination and bagmaking from our own facilities. This ensures high efficiency with short lead times and reduced costs. All our frozen food packaging films are 100% recyclable.
Reduce your frozen food film waste, lower your carbon footprint, and help drive circularity in plastics with the Trioworld Food Loop30, made with 30% Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) content. It is the first packaging solution to contain recycled material that meets all European regulations for frozen non-fatty food applications.
COEX LDPE film
Our COEX LDPE film comes with a wide range of customisations to help your product stand out. Aside from customisations, our COEX LDPE offers strong technical packaging performance and eye-catching looks through flexo prints.
PCR film
If you’re looking to make significant strides in sustainability, consider our PCR film. Partially made from (Post- Consumer) Recycled PE, this film effortlessly increases your sustainability and is suitable for non-fatty frozen food, available up to 30% PCR.
VCH Film:
Recyclable monomaterial LDPE film that can be used for both finseal or lapseal. Ideal for replacing your complex FFS films for frozen products.
Barrier film
If you have a fresh product, we have specialized barrier film for fresh products that’s just right for you. A custom barrier keeps oxygen out and gives the packaging a protective punch to keep it fresh longer.
Perforated packaging films
For products that need to ‘breathe’ we can customize our films with a perforation. This service can be used for both our PCR/PIR films, as for our virgin films. The perforation ensures that the packaged product transpires correctly, keeping it fresh and in peak condition.
Laser packaging treatment
Consumer convenience is essential in the food business, and nothing is more convenient than easy-to-open packaging. Our laser packaging treatment enables a specific ‘tear here’ strip on your packaging that can make hard-to-open packaging a thing of the past: simply peel the strip to open it! Another option is to use laser perforation as an alternative to pinpointing the film.
