Triocircular is Trioworld's circular system for collection, recycling, and reusing plastic film to create new packaging solutions using post-consumer recycled (PCR) material.

Triocircular
Trioworld is proud to launch Triocircular, a new circular service built to help customers create a system where plastic packaging is designed, used, collected, and recycled to stay in circulation for as long as possible.
The ambition is straightforward: move beyond a linear “make–use–dispose” model and build practical, scalable loops that reduce waste and carbon impact without compromising performance.
At the core of Triocircular is a proven model that Trioworld has tested and developed to support the circular economy.
Why it matters
In many film applications, a large share of the footprint is tied to raw material production, while the other major share is tied to end-of-life, often incineration. Using recycled content can significantly reduce the raw-material portion but the bigger opportunity comes from addressing end-of-life by keeping material in use longer.
By building circular systems together, Triocircular helps customers:
Collection Logistics
Piles of plastic waste is piled and cubed on pallets on the side of a building
One of the biggest barriers to circularity is that no two customers handle film waste the same way. Collection infrastructure, contamination risks, logistics, and internal workflows vary widely, which is why “one-size-fits-all” programs often fail.
Triocircular was built to solve that. The service is a tailored approach that helps customers design collection and sorting systems that fit seamlessly into their operations.
By aligning circular collection with how each facility actually works, Triocircular makes it easier to recover material at high quality, improving consistency and performance in the resulting PCR.
Triocircular is designed for customers who want to move beyond recycled content claims and build a true circular system, from used film back to new film.
Working together throughout the value chain
Oskar Karlsson delivers his speech Oct 7, 2025 at the Trioworld Korsberga Inauguration
At the Korsberga inauguration on 7 October 2025, Trioworld showed that true circularity is more than a recycling claim; it is a practical system that closes the loop between production, use, and reuse.
In this video, Oskar Karlsson explains in detail how Triocircular helps bring that vision to life.
Talk to our experts
Circular packaging systems don't look the same for every business. Our experts work with customers to ecaluate film use, collection logistics, and recycling opportunities to help build pratical circular solutions.
Triocircular partnerships bring together businesses, recylcing infrastructure, and pacakaging expertise to k,eep plastic film in circulation. These real-world examples show how collaboration can transform used film into valuable recycled raw materials for new packaging.

A collaboration to demonstrate the untapped potential in recyclable stretch film by creating a loop from end-user to producer, serving as a possible blueprint for future efforts and a shift of industry perceptions.
In the agreement, Trioworld’s solution has created a closed loop for plastic aprons that includes the entire supply chain – from collection to recycling and granulation of the recycled plastic waste, which is used in the process of making new aprons.

Loop is Trioworld's label for PE film that contains a minimum of 25% post-consumer recycled (PCR) material. By incorporating recycled plastic into packaging solutions, Loop products help reduce waste, lower carbon footprint, and support the transition torward a circular plastics economy.
Trioworld is cotinuously explaing the Loop portfolio, with the ambition that 75% of our product portfolio will offer a Loop alternative with at least 25% PCR. These solutions help customers reduce reliance on virgin plastic while maintaining the performance expected from Trioworld packaging.
