Trioworld produces post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic material in-house, delivering consistent quality, reliability supply, and traceable recycled content for packaging applications.
Creating a new valuable resource
Engineered PCR for Real-World Use
At Trioworld, we produce our own high-quality post-consumer recycled (PCR) material used in our LOOP recycled material products and also available for customers to purchase as a standalone material.
Because we manufacture film and recycle material within the same organisation, our PCR is engineered with end-use performance in mind, not just a recycled-content target. That means fewer surprises when you trial, qualify, and scale, and more confidence that what works today will keep working as volumes grow.

PCR is only as good as its consistency. By producing PCR in-house, we control the key variables that impact processing and performance so you can adopt recycled content with fewer surprises.
For customers, that means confidence at every step: more predictable quality from batch to batch, steadier supply you can plan around, and documentation that stands up to internal reviews, customer requirements, and external audits. It also means better runnability because our PCR isn’t just “recycled content,” it’s engineered for film performance and real-world conditions.
Our in-house PCR resin is designed to deliver predictable batch-to-batch quality, giving customers more consistent processing and performance. With tighter control over production, we help reduce variability, support smoother trials, and improve confidence during qualification and scale-up. The result is a more reliable recycled material with the traceability and supply consistency customers need.

Because Trioworld produces PCR in-house, customers benefit from a more secure and dependable source of recycled material. That internal capability helps reduce exposure to market disruptions, supply shortages, and variability in external availability. The result is greater supply assurance and more confidence that the recycled material you need will be available when production depends on it.
Opening the doors of a truck
Producing PCR in-house strengthens traceability and reporting because the material stays within a more controlled system from sourcing through processing and final use. This makes it easier to document recycled content, maintain consistent records, and provide the supporting information customers may need for audits, compliance, and sustainability reporting.

Reviva recycling granulates-hand
Our in-house PCR is available as a product offered in defined grades/specifications so you can select the right recycled-content option for your requirements. And because we use this PCR ourselves, it’s validated in real applications, not just in theory.
