THE FIRST CIRCULAR STRETCH HOOD CONTAINING RECYCLED MATERIAL

Loop Stretch Hood contains 50% recycled polyethylene, which reduces the carbon footprint significantly compared to fossil-based film.

A FORM-FILL-SEAL FILM BASED ON RECYCLED MATERIAL WITHOUT COMPROMISING ON PROCESS STABILITY

Our new Loop FFS film has the same properties as conventional packaging film – with significantly less environmental impact.

With our new Loop FFS Flat and Tubular films, packaging can be made with significantly less environmental impact as the carbon footprint is reduced by at least 20%. We have been able to create a film with 30-80% recycled material without losing quality and process stability. The film is suitable for most applications such as peat moss, wood pellets, sand, granules, powder and animal feed. Made of 25-70% of Recycled PE and with an 8 colour print spread, our Tissue packaging is an environmentally cost-effective way to front your brand.

In the tissue packaging industry, polyethylene films protect the hygiene products and communicate your brand. This product range offers products containing from 25-70% of Recycled PE. Films are available from 20 μm to 50μm, and are printed in up to 8 colours, on customer request.

The product range currently contains between 46% and 90% recycled raw material from post-consumer recycling (PCR). The Trioblack and Triocare ranges have been certified by Blue Angel, the oldest eco-certification, which proves the content of minimum 80% PCR in the products.
