ULTRA THIN REFUSE SACKS

Less material usage without compromising the strength.

In many applications there is an absolute need of strong sacks which are odor free and safe of leakage. The solution is the Trio Lean range with thin and strong sacks produced in three layers made of PIR or virgin materials available in thicknesses down to 20 μm with a strength equal to a traditional sack with double the thickness.

ULTRA THIN STRETCH HOOD

Focused innovation has made it possible for Trioworld to downgauge our Stretch hoods from 30 down to 20μm making the product more sustainable, as less material is used, as much less PE is needed without losing efficiency and functionality.

Our Ultrathin Stretch hood combines ultra-performance with ultra-low use of material. The market leading Stretch hood if you want an optimal Total Cost of Operation as well as contributing to the environment.

100μm FORM FILL SEAL FOR TUBE FOIL FOR HEAVY-DUTY BAGS

Downgauging means fewer reel changes – reducing film thickness without compromising film quality or properties. High quality reduces downtime and is especially suited for high-speed packaging lines. All with a positive impact on the environment due to less material used.

After years of focused innovation and successful recipe development our newest Form Fill Seal (FFS) product enters the market. A traditional FFS film normally has a thickness of 120μm, which we now have downgauged to 100μm.
